This booking form is for serious inquiries only by professional buyers interested in booking and paying for private dates.  Buyers include corporate meeting planners, Official of corporate houses, Individuals, event/party planners, event producers, production companies, and event management agencies, however typically our Clients are large corporations and corporate Houses.

Mirchi Events specializes in producing Events fees starting at Rs 50,000 and higher.  Rs 50,000 is the minimum price of any celebrity Artist or Act that Mirchi Events books or produces.  Our entertainment contracts require pre-show secured financial commitments, and cannot be based on contingent ticket sales or fund raising.  If your budget and payment terms do not meet these minimum requirements, we will be unable to proceed with your request.

Information requested in the form, including your budget, is to help us understand your needs in order to best serve you.  Once we receive this input, providing your budget is within an acceptable range, we will proceed with general Availability and Asking Price of the Artist/Act.

However please note, since Mirchi Events must expend significant effort to actually determine if the targeted Artist/Act is interested in your event and available, "actual" Performance Fees and Interest Level of Artist/Act will only be determined after you complete all of the following steps:
1)Sign Agency of Record Agreement and return it to engage Mirchi Events (explained below).
2) Submit an "Offer"on company letterhead that complies with our Offer Policy (shown below).

Unless you take these steps, Mirchi Events cannot consider that your offer is serious or has the required funding.

1)AGENCY OF RECORD AGREEMENT:
This is Mirchi Events services engagement letter.  During the term, Mirchi Events will contact potential Artist/Act for the Event, based upon criteria that the Client provides to Mirchi Events, including price structures, available dates, and talent’s level of interest.  Mirchi Events will not engage or contract with any Artist/Act, without Client’s prior written consent.  To ensure consistent communications with the Artist(s) or Act(s) and their managers, our Agency of Record Agreement requires that Mirchi Events is the sole company pursuing the talent for your show, and that the Client agrees not to engage, call upon, contract or work with any other entertainment consultant, agency, promoter, production company, event company, or communications company in connection with the Event relating to the services to be rendered by Mirchi Events.  In consideration for the services rendered by Mirchi Events, Client shall pay to Mirchi Events an 15 % agency charges on total billing.

If you are a Fortune 1000 company , we require a Binder of 10% of the Artist/Act fee before we will take an Offer to management.  If your offer is declined this Binder will be returned to you. 

If you are not a Fortune 1000 corporate, we require a Binder of 50% of the Artist/Act fee plus verification of fee balance/rider costs before we will take an "Offer" to management.  Verification means held in trust "in Escrow" with our law firm or via "Confirmed Irrevocable Letter-of-Credit" drawn on a Indian bank.  If your offer is declined this Binder and fee balance/rider costs will be returned to you.

Mirchi Events does not discuss or accept projects in those countries with "Travel Warnings" issued by the Indian Department of State
